As CEO of Atari, he led its successful transformation from a retail to digital publisher and restructured its parent company leading to its sale. Anna Bager, a seasoned media industry veteran, is the President & CEO of the Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA), the Washington, DC-based national trade association that represents the entire out of home (OOH) advertising industry. Since 2019, Bager has spearheaded the OOH industry’s transformation into one of the most exciting media platforms for brands today, with a focus on tech innovation, ease of buying and integration with other mediums.
Martin currently heads up all OOH planning and buying for dentsu US. He has been in the USA since 2011, but worked in the UK in both agency and media owner roles across OOH, radio and cinema. His last role in the UK was marketing for CBS Outdoor during the launch of the first scaled digital network on the London Underground. Since being in the USA the dentsu OOH team have won multiple Drum awards as well as the OAAA Media Plan of the year for 3 consecutive years.

Leslie Lee is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Vistar Media, overseeing global marketing and customer education. Prior to joining Vistar in 2017, Leslie was Director of Marketing at independent demand-side platform (DSP) ChoiceStream, and Senior Manager of Communications at the global DSP Turn (now Amobee). Before joining the programmatic technology industry, Leslie worked at InkHouse Media+Marketing, a public relations agency.
Claudia Damas has created an extensive career in OOH. In 2016 she opened Altermark’s Global headquarter in Miami. Altermark is an Out of Home specialist that plans and buy campaigns across the world for direct clients as well as agencies. Since then, Claudia has opened Altermark offices in Mexico City & Buenos Aires to manage the increasing demand for OOH specialists across the region. Some of Altermark’s latest accomplishments include being appointed OOH AOR for Prime Video and managing the launch of HBOMax across Latin America.

Lina is a native of Brazil and has spent the majority of her life living internationally prior to setting foot in Los Angeles 13 years ago.
Maureen McCloskey oversees the development and strategic direction of Out-of-Home media planning and buying for GroupM's New York Office. In her role as Managing Director, she is responsible for building strong relationships across the GroupM agencies and collaborating with all teams to connect brands with consumers on the move.

She is currently an Executive Creative Director with VMLY&R’s New York office, overseeing vitaminwater, Altice, BP and Pearson. In the last year she has created Cannes award-winning work for the NY Mayor’s Office and led a full rebrand for Optimum, as well as a global campaign end-to-end campaign for vitaminwater. Before this, Emily embraced the expansive world of storytelling at agencies such as MullenLowe, Translation, 360i, JWT and Momentum, working on brands ranging from State Farm, Hyatt Hotels, McDonalds, HBO, American Express and Macy’s. In addition, she also spent time in education as the chair of the department of advertising and branding at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

Stephanie Gutnik is the Global Head of DOOH at Yahoo. She previously held roles as Vice President, Digital Strategy and Programmatic Sales at OUTFRONT Media and Vice President, Business Development at Broadsign. Sitting on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of New York and the DSE Advisory Board, she is also Co-Chair of the OAAA Innovations Committee. Stephanie graduated with a BA from McGill University, a MBA from Edinburgh Business School and is currently pursuing a doctorate on the advertising effects of CTV and DOOH.
