This, after she took a year off to write a best-selling book called The Spare Room, the topic of her first TEDx Talk. Before that, Emily served as CMO for Starbucks China, Chief Commercial Officer at InterContinental Hotels Group, Greater China, and Head of Retail Marketing at Apple for APAC. She started her career with 11 years at the Procter & Gamble company.
