McDonald's USA
"Since joining McDonald’s in April 2020, Caleb has held multiple leadership roles across the US Marketing Organization. He began his McDonald’s tenure by leading the Digital Customer Experience team, where he focused on building a seamless omnichannel experience for our fans. Thereafter, Caleb led the Media & CRM team, where he focused on new customer acquisition and engagement to drive customer lifetime value. In both roles, Caleb was recognized for leading high-performing teams and consistently exceeding aggressive targets. Today, Caleb combines his previous McDonald’s leadership positions in his role overseeing the US Customer Engagement team, which is responsible for Media, CRM, Loyalty, Omnichannel Personalization, and Customer Experience.
Beyond the marketing organization, Caleb has served as a driving force behind McDonald’s Digital Transformation by garnering system support for investments in the future of Digital. This has resulted in more than 1 in 4 McDonald’s US transactions now taking place through a Digital channel. Looking ahead, Caleb has set McDonald’s up for a Digital-first future through his leadership of cross-functional initiatives, including: In-App Delivery, Enhanced Mobile Ordering, and a Next-Gen Marketing Customer Data Platform. Beyond his day-to-day work, Caleb completed McDonald’s inaugural Elevate Leadership program and raised over $2,500 for RMHC via the Chicago Marathon (and is running it again for RMHC in 2023!).
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Caleb led Marketing Strategy & Analytics at Grubhub, where he was responsible for driving new customer growth and engagement through both B2C and B2B marketing. Before joining Grubhub, Caleb led several high-profile initiatives at Citi's New York office in the Consumer Bank, most notably leading digital marketing for Citi's loyalty programs. Caleb also has experience in technology consulting and media planning.
Caleb holds a BS from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He currently resides in Lake Bluff, IL with his wife Natalie and daughters Penelope & Lilyrose. He enjoys traveling, food and music."
