With an eclectic background spanning strategy, design, UX, marketing, business development, and project management on both agency and client sides, I bring a globally-informed, diverse perspective to the table. My fervour for technology, tempered by my incessant curiosity and ingrained creativity, infuses all my outputs - be it a website, strategy or even a chair. I've been fortunate enough to collaborate with clients across myriad sectors, including FMCG, government, professional services, banking, travel and leisure, education, retail, sports, and non-profit organisations. This has endowed me with a rich tapestry of knowledge and innovative insights. In 2003, I established my digital agency, Crab Creative, that saw financial success and industry recognition. After selling Crab Creative in 2018, I joined Fiora, enriching my expertise in sectors like food and drink, travel, marine, automotive among others. Recently, I've spearheaded the design and launch of a unique digital maturity model that prioritises practical implementation over mere theoretical discussion.
